Every thing was great from speaking to front desk before our arrival for late check in and comfortable bed and pillows (I’m usually really disappointed in hotel pillows but not here). Two cons only: you have to valet park for $50. There is no other option or street parking. While this is a very nice hotel, $8 for a beer and $18 for a lemon drop martini is quite over priced.

You won’t get a room early unless you pay. Don’t even ask. They lie about it to avoid arguing. Signs say there is self parking. There’s not. Ballet was slow. Our tv didn’t work. Our room safe didn’t work. Our key cards worked about 50% of the time.

It wasn’t so much the hotel , it was Hotel.com. We had booked two queen beds. When we got there they hotel was sold out and 4 rooms by 4 different couples didn’t get their rms they had booked, instead we got a couch with a 3 inch pull out hard mattress and one queen side bed . This was for 4 adults!!! Again this was not the hotel’s fault but the booking companies fault. Who wants to go see a concert ( Metallica) & put a grown man on a double sofa couch where his feet are hanging off the end for a room over $450 . I feel like we need a credit of some kind. Stacey B

The overall stay was great. The staff were amazing. The bed was a let down for what claims to be a luxury hotel the bed was the equivalent to a plywood board with sheets on it. If you enjoy extra firm beds this is the luxury hotel for you.

I had a great stay at the Blossom Hotel Houston. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location was ideal, especially if you’re attending an event at NRG Stadium—just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were great. Th Blossom hotel had the most comfortable bed and pillows of any hotel I have stayed at. It also has a nice rooftop pool and a spa.
