Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Hotel had a musty/humid smell. Area of hotel was in what seemed to be a rougher neighborhood, garbage on the street, houseless people, etc.

Room #1: toilet wouldn’t flush, TV remote control survived a war zone. Room #2: room had not cleaned… at all! Room #3: toilet wouldn’t flush, crowbar (yes, I said crowbar) required to open room door. Room #4: crowbar required to open room door, TV did not work, smoke detector had been removed, glue dried on carpet, bathroom had not been fully cleaned.

When I came in to cheagain, it was very slow and I was the only one there.The manager was on the phone with the clerk and she was Using bad language. When we came to the room, there's ceiling paint and a crack in the ceiling.The sink in the bathroom is shoting water in one stream.There's no blankets on the bed, not even a heavy cover.There's only sheets. Went down in the morning.The breakfast was really not existing and it still had thirty minutes left. The manager looked like she was in pajamas that showed most of her body. This is really a bad comfort inn.

As a last minute booking, I thought this would be an ok place. Previous reviews seemed ok. However, Something very strange is happening here in this hotel. All of the doors had marks and gouges where they had clearly been broken into before. The entire hotel reeked of weed. The front desk had no idea what rooms were occupied and what were not, he literally knocked on doors to find my room. Once we got in the shower had scum and mold on the shower head, in the corners and on the glass. I didn’t want to touch anything in whole room. Just don’t stay here. Definitely do not bring your kids here.

LEFT AFTER 2 HOURS

THIS WAS A HORRIBLE STAY. We checked out within 2 hours of checking in. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front but we were helped by a front desk person who was very nice and cordial. We received our room key and entered our room. My husband went back down to our car to gather a few more bags. He noticed some women lingering outside and made note of that. We ate take-out in our room as we did get in late and went to turn on the TV. The remote had missing buttons. We had to reset the toilet handle and noticed there was not safety lock/latch on the door. My husband and I did not feel comfortable and we have traveled to many locations in the US. My husband went downstairs to ask if we could move to a different Comfort Inn. While he was downstairs at the front desk there were 4 other complaints within a 10 minute time frame (cleanliness of room, missing fridge, etc.) We left within 2.5 hours and just booked our own room. Reached out to hotel.scom to request a refund and the property managers never got back with our booking company. We called the front desk Sunday (the next day) to ask for a refund for the 2nd night that we were not going to stay and the front desk stated she would call us back after reaching out to the manager. I've never received a call from this location. I have never been so dissatisfied and uncomfortable or unsafe at a booking. I read reviews prior to book but I suggest reading at least 6 months of reviews not just the last few months. Good Luck!

So so experience

The room was average however the property wasn’t in the best condition, house keeping was very difficult to get ahold of, and the amenities where all closed or under repair during 2 week stay. The good part was the continental breakfast offered some variety when available
