Never Again

This was literally THE WORST Comfort Inn I have every stayed at. The room smelled bad the beds were uncomfortable and the room had a very unclean feel to it. The staff were checked out everytime i came to the desk. Sleeping at her desk. The morning girl was more interested on what was on her phone than helping us. Houston you have to do better. This hotel is on my never stay again list.

The bed was the best thing in the room. The bathroom was the deal breaker for me. The tub was very rusted around the fixtures and the floor not swept. The carpet not vacuumed. Lot of places on the walls need painting, and in the ceiling covers were missing off of the sprinklers or something. There was no battery cover for the tv remote. We got to the hotel in between 8:30pm - 9:00pm, and we left at around 5:15am. The outside of the hotel needed some attention also. The pool was not in use either. I will not return, not recommend, I was so dissatisfied.😣

missed a flight. I Had to get a hotel asap. It had the best price and best rate. The pool water was cloudy but it didn't matter to me, because I didn't use it. The continental breakfast was normal. I like waffles and coffee so it was good.

Close to the airport but needs works

Got delayed in Houston overnight so had to pick a close hotel. Staff were super nice but the first 2 rooms had mold or broken AC controller. Second 2 rooms much better but toilet seat was broken and bathroom screws were loose. Snack area had enough to hold us over. Breakfast ended at 9 and checkout at 12 which was nice considering our flight wasn’t until 3.

I ended up at this hotel because my flight got cancelled and I needed something last minute and close by. When I got to the hotel, it looked a little sketchy. Upon entering it smelled stale and had no AC in the lobby. My room had a nasty smell, everything was dusty, there were tiny little roaches in the bathroom, and BLOOD on my bedding. When I went downstairs to complain, there was a note on the front desk saying that they had to leave for an emergency and wouldn't be back till 7 am. The lobby was full of people that were in my same situation, booked the hotel online, and then couldn't check in because there was no staff! If I could have found a hotel close by with vacancy I would have gone to another one. But sadly this is where I ended up. Needless to say, I definitely won't be back and will be pursuing a refund.

While linens were clean, the floors in rooms, hallways, elevators were not. The free breakfast did not look appetizing and was very sparse. The "hot" water and coffee were luke warm at best. Many repairs were needed around the entire hotel from the entrance way where you had to pull open the sliding doors and there were no luggage carts.
