Booked this for myself and my father-in-law who had a doctor's appointment in the medical center. He is very picky about where he stays so I was apprehensive about booking here. However, he loved it and has had me book it again for his next appointment. He especially liked the convenience to MD Anderson and the breakfast.

We specifically booked this hotel to use for the convenience of the shuttle to MD Anderson cancer facility when we arrive they said that the shuttle was broke and there’s nothing they could do to top it all off. We had no hot water for over 20 hours. The front desk would do nothing to help us and then they wouldn’t even honor a refund because of no hot water, awful service very dirty nothing that was on the website was fulfilled. No hot water and also no shuttle to MD Anderson. Complete disappointment would never recommend them.

Breakfast subpar

This was the first time in many visits that we were puzzled about the breakfast selections. We were told that serving begins at 6 and we came down at 6:30. They did not have any hot items out. Shortly after they brought out some scrambled eggs and sausage gravy. No kind of meat was offered and no explanation as to why. Nice place all in all.
