This hotel was great! It was just what we needed. We’ve been looking for a new hotel for the rodeo and we found it. Room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great and staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area is a little small and cramped but there was staff that helped us find a spot. Will definitely stay again!

This was our 2nd stay here and it is really clean. Breakfast is ok but we like being in the Medical center area. We will book this 2 again when we have to go back.

Terrible customer service, the beds were very uncomfortable, the bedding was scratchy, there were asian beetles in our room, the breakfast wasnt much of anything, the gates werent up for the parking area, our truck was broken into and the security carmera dont work. There was another truck that was also broken into. Terrible experience with the hotel overall the only positive we had was the house keeping lady was very sweet.

I asked for an extra parking pass for my wife because she had to work late, they wanted $40, I can park across the street at reliant for $25. They are price gouging and not customer friendly.
