Great East Pearland Home

This is an all brick, single story 3/2 with study and very large kitchen with lots of cabinets and great counter space. It is a very open concept and nestled in a very good Pearland neighborhood. Granite countertops and nice laminate floors accent this very comfortable retreat.

I am a local Realtor for past 25 years and live in the area; however I do travel quite a bit. I welcome interaction with my guests, so if there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Quiet neighborhood that is zoned to great schools in Pearland ISD.
30 minutes from Downtown Houston and 20 minutes from Hobby airport and the Space Center. Plenty of shopping very close by.

Guests have access to the entire property and all appliances in the home. There is even a fully fenced large backyard.

Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING in Home. Forfeiture of deposit if this rule is not followed. Pets cases by case

Our recent stay

Overall pleased with our recent stay -property is centrally located with easy access to beltway, nrg stadium and medical center. It is a roomy 3 bdrm with addl study and gaming area. The updated kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops. Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness is I don’t think their cleaning crew did the job they were supposed to do. Most definitely will book again for our stays in Pearland area.
