Didn’t have our prepaid suites. They offered standard rooms and said take it or leave it, no price adjustment. After a long trip, what choice does one have…I was at their mercy. The room was dirty, smelled and had no towels. The staff were not helpful, they looked frustrated and annoyed too.

Staff is not hospitable at all especially the front desk . Housekeeping staff was sweet and helpful as always ! The gym had nothing . The water avenues did not work . No cups obviously as no water . No towels . Coffee at the front desk was ice cold .

The breakfast was very minimal and there were no fruit options. The juice tasted very watered down. The manager didnt seem too friendly but was helpful a bit. We had some VERY noisy neighbors. The room also only had 1 tiny trash in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the coffee was great!

Wonderful Stay

The woman at the front desk was wonderful and helped me with a few requests throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the rooms, as they were updated and clean. The bathrooms could be kept up more (showers deep-cleaned, etc.) but they were also in great condition. Overall I was really happy I chose this location and will be back if I'm ever in Sugar Land again!
