The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Air conditioner was mediocre with no ability to set a temperature. Staff were running a loud vacuum cleaner in the second floor hallway at 930 PM, which woke my grandchildren.

We checked in on December 18th late evening and the young lady at the desk was very nice and friendly. She was professional and was so willing to answer questions we had since this was our first visit. She made us all feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The lady in the breakfast area was also very welcoming, the breakfast are was clean and well stocked not to mention the food was very good.

The room was clean and comfortable. Two issues with my stay were not getting room service either day and the shower needs a bath mat, it’s extremely slippery.

The hotel is very convenient to anyone attending an event at the Smart Financial Center. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. My only complaint is regarding the front desk. She was not very friendly and did not want to accommodate our early check in request. I will be trying another hotel next time.

The room was clean and nice. My husband and I stayed two nights. The first night we noticed that there was only 1 large towel. My husband went to the desk and brought another one. The second night, the room had been cleaned and straightened -- however, there was again only 1 large towel. My husband went back to the desk to obtain another towel. At that time we did not realize that also missing was the bath mat. We used washcloths for a bath mat. Apparently the cleaning staff has not been well instructed on the towels needed for a room with 2 beds, so obviously multiple people.
