I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the customer service at your property. Staff should be better trained on how to approach and handle guests, as my recent stay was affected by multiple issues.
When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by the counter technician. She issued me one room key. Since there were four people in my party, I politely asked for an additional key. Her response was that she could not provide one because she had a limited number of keys and still needed to check in other customers. With all due respect, this should not be my issue as a guest.
The second incident occurred when we requested towels from a housekeeper on our floor. Instead of assisting, she was rude and told me to go downstairs to the front desk and ask for them myself.
This is the second time I have stayed at this property and encountered service-related problems. I am disappointed, as these experiences do not reflect the level of hospitality I would expect. I hope steps will be taken to improve customer service and ensure better treatment of guests in the future
