My room was infested with bugs and their eggs in the bathroom, walkway, and near the fridge. When I informed the check-in person about the issue, he dismissed it as normal. However, when I requested housekeeping, he informed me that the cleaning service was off for the night at 6:45 p.m. Feeling frustrated, I decided to clean my room myself. Fortunately, I was tired and my flight had been delayed, so I didn’t have to find another hotel. Nevertheless, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The next morning, I discovered that the cleaners were eating breakfast right after cleaning the room with guests. While this is acceptable, it was inappropriate for them to spray chemicals during guest meals and then eat themselves. Overall, this establishment needs to improve its cleanliness and professionalism. I took a video if you’d like me to send it in

First the elevator did not work. No one informed us. It had been broken for over a month. I guess someone ran into one of the rooms and they were trying to fix it. It was very loud and annoying so early in the morning.
