I left my Apple Watch in my room, and the location of my watch is showing at the hotel. I was told it wasn’t found. I know exactly where I left it and instead of housekeeping reporting it lost, the person stole it. I usually stay in the woodlands area because it’s more up scale, I would never stay or recommend this place to anyone. Clearly they hired thieves!!!

We stayed from the UK march 12th - 28th. Wonderful hotel, staff were amazing and kind. Easy highway access. Visiting family. Breakfast was great. Kitchen staff thumbs up and thank you for the yogurts. Recommend to all. When we visit again we shall stay here. Thank you all at holiday inn express.

I had a great experience while at the Holiday Inn in Spring. From the lady who checked me in, which I don’t recall her name, very nice. Elisa in the front desk on the evening shift was very helpful and friendly. I choose this hotel every time I come visit my granddaughter. It is always a pleasure to stay here.
