The front staff was so nice to explain how to get around and asked me about the conference I was here for and remembered my name and greeted me well every time I came back and stored my bag while I was checked out and the conference and wished me a safe flight back. The breakfast was also substantial and fresh in the morning. Very quiet rooms.

We really liked the vibe of the hotel, very eclectic style! Room was clean, toiletries were nice, beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. My daughter loved the popcorn machine in the bar.

For the price, it wasn’t that bad. The room was a little dated. The bed was slightly uncomfortable. My room was a little muggy but after I turned on the A/C, it was okay. But my room and bathroom were clean. It was quiet and has free parking. The staff was very helpful at check-in. No issues. I would stay here again.

All of the furniture in the lobby and the breakfast area was so incredibly old and beat up. It was terrible. I mean, there’s not even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom no blow dryer basically a bed and TV.

We enjoyed the convenience of Hotel Ylem’s location to dining and groceries. The room is a good size, but it would be nicer to also have an easy chair for seating. The TV required our fiddling to get it to work everyday even after maintenance looked into it. We enjoyed the available breakfast options.
