This hotel is definitely different. First of all it’s being remodeled at least from the outside. I heard some members complain about nails on floor. We didn’t drive but just be cautious with your tires. Honestly the hotel room wasn’t my vibe but it could be yours. My room looked outdated and carpet looked funky. We’re going to Md Anderson and reason I booked was because of the rate. Honestly if I were to be back it would be because of the rate & customer service only.

Solo trip for medical appointment. Water temp in shower never reached anything I would say was hot - but sink did. Will alert mgmt in the morning. Property undergoing Reno at the moment and so e upgrades in the rooms are less than desirable - no tp holder, nowhere to put your soap or shampoo in the shower, etc.

Great stay

Great price. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Walking distance to NRG Stadium. Minutes away from the medical center. Only thing there was no hangers to hang up closed but I didn’t ask for any either.

Hotel was clean, overall staff was friendly and attentive. On the other hand something’s in the room were not up to par. Nowhere to hang towels and toilet paper. Very bright light in front of window made it difficult to sleep because the curtain could not be properly closed, very uncomfortable chairs, though the bed was comfortable.

The property is undergoing renovations and things were missing in our room, such as a bedside table lamp. Other accessories in our room were dusty, even the towels. The hall floors were dirty and unkempt. The online pictures are deceiving as the rooms display the "finished" product, but that is not what they look like right now. Management will not refund or do anything.
