My stay was horrible. When I got there they had me walk into a room with guest. They then gave me another but not what I paid for when I said I needed to be reimbursed they gave me another room upon entering they didn’t have any towels I called down stairs and they said I had to come get it which I went down for the 3rd time the place was really smelly toilets weren’t flushing and security was not ensuring the guest keep noise to a minimum also a lot of weed smoking around the premises.

Price was great. It was clean, great bar area. In fact, I would even go as far to say that they could afford to raise prices and I will be very honest bc I would want to have an honest review to base my decision off of. I don’t know if it was solely the low price, but it attracted a larger amount of personalities that did not make it comfortable. I witnessed loud arguing on our floor, and was woken up in the middle of the night by guests running up and down the hall. There were other incidents too. This is a great facility but I can see bad ratings as a result of the some uncivilized guests treating it like it’s a zoo. I honestly felt bad for the workers. This was too nice of a place to have it messed up by guests that take don’t appreciate an affordable place that truly gave a higher end feel. Just b/c the price was cheap, doesn’t mean it has to be a down market environment.

Worst was noise coming from other guests both in their rooms & hallways & no attempt by staff to control. Coffee maker in room didn’t work & TV was inconsistent

Overall, this hotel is okay. I only stayed there a few hours for a long layover while I visited Houston for the first time. I got a room to basically nap and shower. I found the airport to hotel shuttle very inconvenient, however. When I called the hotel days before my stay to arrange a shuttle pickup I was told that I needed to wait until I arrived and was outside the airport to then call to arrange the shuttle to pick me up. This is absurd and definitely it good customer service. Why would until they arrive at the airport to arrange a shuttle ride to their hotel?? That makes the client wait unnecessarily long. Then I tried to arrange a 5:15pm shuttle ride back to the airport later that day and was told that wasn’t possible as the shuttle leaves every hour. I was baffled. So I asked the receptionist why did she make me wait until I arrived at the airport and exited the airport to arrange a pickup of the shuttle leaves from the hotel every hour. I said if it the shuttle leaves the hotel every hour to head to the airport then there was no need for me to wait until I arrived to arrange a pickup. She said that’s how it works. Very bizarre and not centered on the customer.

This area is not safe at all. The traffic light right next to the hotel a homeless man stood in front of our car and refused to move. It was late at night and we turned into the hotel and they have security at the parking lot which made me feel a little better I was hopeful maybe my car won't be stolen overnight. Even with the security in the parking lot there were questionable people hanging out outside the front doors. Thank goodness we were only here for 12 hours to sleep before our flight the next day. NEVER AGAIN

My stay was very clean , I always check reviews before going somewhere and I had mixed feelings at first but arriving the front desk was very accommodating and nice . Everyday the staff would greet say hello and goodbye . Only thing that I did not like was it didn’t have free breakfast . That’s why I rate it an 8/10 . Other than that it was a great stay . Hope the staff remain friendly .

The heat didn't work in the room. I was told maintenance would come to fix it, but they never did. Music randomly plays throughout the day and night over the speakers if your room faces the lobby entrance side. The ice machines don't work, and you have to get some from the bar, which closes at 10 p.m. at the latest. The shuttle stops at 11 pm, and the staff acts like they don't want to be there. No one is on the same accord with information/ hotel policies.
