The place was clean. The housekeeping lady was nice. I would have rated it higher but the process for getting clean towels was absolutely ridiculous! First, there is a sign in the room requiring you to bring the dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them. The problem is, they dont just give you clean ones right then. The guy just rudely waved us off. We couldn't wait for them to bring them up because we had somewhere to be, so we left our room and nobody brought them up. The next morning, we still needed them and my husband asked the guy at the desk and he was told to find the ONE housekeeping lady to get them. So basically, if you want fresh towels, expect to walk all around, looking for housekeeping and being extremely frustrated. Most ridiculous process I have ever experienced in a stay.

The inside of the hotel room was average just a few stains here and there. My main issues were the dirty halls, night walkers- hearing my neighbor having loud sex, and people talking loudly in the hallway on cell phones. I have an infant so this wasn’t the ideal hotel.
