Room was nice and clean. Floor was quiet. No iron or ironing board. Only a hand held steamer. Only issue was with Valet. Was charged 49.00 after overnight stay but also had a 17.00 parking garage charge from Valet retrieving my car the next morning. Overall it was a good trip.

Room was good sized and was clean. But there were no night or soft lights anywhere in the room. That was not ideal especially early in the morning or right before going to bed, or when getting up at night to go to the bathroom. The shower water temperature fluctuated A LOT and would become scalding hot for a couple seconds every minute or so. The worst part was that there was a terrible foul sewage-y smell from the sink for the first few seconds when the tap was turned on. Overall, not worth the cost and definitely not a 4 start hotel.

Room was well maintained. You could tell it was an old but renovated room. I’m taking off a star because the room didn’t have a TV with any streaming services available, no Bluetooth connection, and not even an HDMI cable available. In the year 2026, this is hard to accept.
