1st off we got there at 2:30pm to check in. The very nice lady at the desk said there wouldn’t be a room available until 4pm-6pm! When asked when check in check out time was, she said it was “whenever “ . Well we had to get ready for an event and be there by four so when I asked what could be done she did make it happen and get a room for us. That and the fact the room was clean is the only reasons we give it 3 stars. The noise from outside kept us up most of the night. Loud music and a very vulgar DJ . The bed was so uncomfortable my wife was considering leaving and driving on home in the middle of the night. If it hadn’t been for the extra effort the Desk clerk made to get us booked in this would be our first ever 1 star review. Will not stay here next month when we return to downtown Houston.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is amazing. Unfortunately on the first morning of our stay there was an emergency and they shut the water off…. We were in the middle of getting ready, finished up by using water bottles. The water did not come back on until 5 pm. We couldn’t use toilet or showers. Now this is no fault of hotel! The property is amazing 100% would stay again. Very close to ball park and highly recommend Morton’s steakhouse!!!!

I think it would be nice to be informed if remodeling during your stay. Was looking forward to having a drink in their beautiful bar. Wasn’t open due to remodeling. Understand, but would have opted for another property!
