The Room: microwave didn't work/ air conditioner was on heat and only way to cut off was to unplug/ then to top that off---- Bedbugs. They wouldn't give another room because they were full. No money back cause I payed through app. Expedia helped with refund and it only took 30 minutes total. Go Expedia you Rock..

This place is horrible it looks like world war 2. Place is old and nasty everything is broken fridge tv nothing works. Inhave never seen anything like it. We left we didn’t stay here obviously the didn’t return my money which is very disrespectful case of the way this facility

I will never book the hotel again. It had no fridge, no remote, the toilet was missing stuff just wasnt what they advertise. Front desk was really unprofessional

There were stains on the blankets. The floors were dirty. There weren’t any towels, wash rags, or toilet paper. There was only one pillow on each bed. The front desk clerk took for ever to check us in and wouldn’t give us a choice if an upstairs or downstairs room. There were no curtains over the huge front windows in the room so there was no privacy.

Bring Raid!

Looked for a cheap weekly room. Found it! Parking lot full of trash, room light missing, furniture broken, glass shower doors filthy, curtains torn and falling, oh and the cockroaches! I can say the toilet and fridge were surprisingly clean. But as they say, you get what you pay for. 3 nights for $115. If you can afford better then pass on this one!!

Door lock was missing entirely in one room. On the other room toilet did not work and only door chain for security. Asked for another room and the bathroom light did not work. Told front desk we need to cancel. She said I'm not doing that
