Check in easy. House clean and well kept. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit out back. Second time using this property, has good fishing access to the Arkansas for my elderly father.

Loved being on the river and listening to the water.

We loved the 2 room cabin.The location allowed access to Salida and Cotopaxi along with longer trips to Leadville and Canon city/Royal Gorge.We used the full kitchen daily and enjoyed the intermittent stream in the mornings. We saw a doe and 2 fawns in the yard. Clean and felt like new construction.Warm evenings which require fans to cool off. Crisp mornings we fantastic. Started off with coffee and away for local adventures. We enjoyed the fire ring for marshmallows and brats and hot dogs before a fire ban hit. We would love to come back. Zero negative to say about the hosts or property. Steve pointed us up the mountain for a day trip we enjoyed. We never would have known. Thank you for the suggestions and great lodging.

The shower was really small. No table. This unit combined with #3 was perfect! But by itself would not have been as enjoyable. We had a great time with our friends

Not clean,not nice.Too expensive. Watch your belongins.

great place, great location in colorado. good fishing, god rafting, good times here.
