ich komme gerne wieder

wunderbares Personal, ganz auf den Gast eingestellt, sehr schönes Zimmer im Fachwerkhaus, tolle Lösung der Zimmeranordnung, mit Klimaanlage, sehr gutes Frühstück, bei dem Wetter diesmal natürlich draußen auf der Terrasse, einziges Manko: Zimmer 3 liegt direkt über der Rezeption / dem Eingang, wenn da spät abends Gäste immer wieder rein- und rauslaufen um sich noch Getränke zu holen, dann knallt jedes Mal die Eingangstüre zu. Gerne beim nächsten Besuch ein anderes Zimmer.

Wir sind ab und zu mal in diesem tollen Hotel. Es vermittelt den Flair des Bergischen Landes mit den liebevoll individuell eingerichteten Fachwerkhäusern. Am Haus gibt es vieke kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, zum Zentrum einige Treppenstufen bergab. Das Schlosshotel,liegt quasi um die Ecke. Das Frühstück ist sehr schön mit kleinem Buffet.Kaffee aus dem Automaten ..

Great wee place

Staying in Bensberg for a wedding. The Schloss was far too dear, but this place was quite reasonable, and 10 minutes' walk away from it. Would go back. Staff were also great at arranging out-of-hours access.

all included, even the minibar with wine and beer.. best and most personal stuff I met so far. They offer drinks in the roomrate and also give you candies on checkout.

Excelent hotel

I will recomend this hotel for everybody!! if you are on holidays or in business travel. Hotel rooms are something special, clean and very comfortable.The best breakfast in town!!
