Very friendly and helpful staff. The property is very dog friendly with a little field at the back where they can stretch their legs. Highly recommended.

Easy parking, quiet location, friendly and informative staff.

The best of the best service in an amazing place, everything taken care of. Valet parking top class, met by name and greeted with details of your stay. Every member of staff knew who you were from room to room, but never over-pestered. What a place.

Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds, nice deluxe spa room, comfy bed, friendly, courteous staff, all across the hotel departments. The only negative is the evening meal. The restaurant had a nice ambience. The starters were nice then we both went for the Wagu cheeseburger which made your mouth water when you read the description on the menu. It arrived and was dry, no taste, in not the toasted sesame seeded brioche bun as described but a dry catering type bun, a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato, it was served with about 12 dry fries, really disappointing to say you were allocated £32 each towards the evening meal. We would stay again but not eat at the hotel.

Plenty of parking, room good, bathroom good and breakfast good. Not enough tables in the dining room for breakfast

Parking was fantastic. Such a beautiful place to visit and enjoy the cask ale. This place is a dream come true
