A fantastic staff at Redworth Hall Hotel. My partner and I stayed for a weekend away and absolutely loved it. We took advantage of all the facilities they had to offer, spa treatments, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and tennis courts. We were a little hesitant at first as other reviews have been mixed but we had a brilliant time. We stayed in one of the Deluxe double rooms situated at the front of the hotel overlooking to lawns, a spacious room with a comfortable bed, large wardrobe, leather chairs, table, mini Fridge and desk. The team at the spa were lovely, my partner and I had a couple of treatments and purchases some of the products they had available as they worked a treat. We are at the restaurant twice, ordered room service on the morning of our second day and had afternoon tea, the only thing I'd mention was the bruschetta starter, the bread was very cold like it had just come straight out of the fridge and placed on the plate but other than that it was delicious. Afternoon Tea, great experience, lovely cakes, a plain and a fruit scone with jam and real clotted cream, need I say more. Some points, the only thing we would mention is the tennis courts need some TLC. One of the courts appears to be damaged by falling tree branches and there are leaves clogging up the edges and on the second court the trees need to be trimmed back as they hang low over the court and leaves need to be tidied. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Stayed at The Yorkshire Hotel in Harrogate and let me tell you — it’s the kind of place where you half expect the receptionist to offer you a cuppa and ask if your whippet needs owt. From the outside, it looks like it’s been standing proudly since before gravy was invented (a grim time we try not to talk about). Inside? Fancy. Proper fancy. Like someone gave Betty’s Tea Room a promotion and a scented candle. The rooms were lush — comfy beds, posh bathrooms, and views over Harrogate that’ll make you question why you ever went abroad. I asked for a wake-up call and they nearly shouted “Eeeeh up! Time’s gettin’ on!” down the phone. Glorious. Only complaint? No actual whippets in the lounge. Not one. I asked the barman and he said, “Health and safety, love.” Shame. Would’ve given it six stars if they’d had a communal dog. Gravy rating: 10/10. Hospitality: warmer than a pie fresh out the oven. Will return with a flat cap and unrealistic property aspirations.

Excellent service, from great staff. Lovely clean and spacious room for 3 adults, and access to the club lounge was just the icing on the cake - what a lovely idea.

Could not be happier wechad lotscofvfrinds and families staying for our wedding no complains so that said it all
