Room is clean. Staff is friendly (main staff). Area around back stairs, ice machine, laundry smell like people smoking weeds (terrible). One non smoking room smelled like smoking room, but front desk was ok to switch to another non-smoking room. Dog poop was on rocks of the back side yard.

Nice room but service was lacking

The room was very nice and clean! I absolutely loved the shower! The water pressure was fantastic! Wifi was nonexistant if there was supposed to be a password nobody told us anything about anything to do with Internet! We had someone randomly enter our room at about 10 which was frightening and in addition we had requested a late checkout however at about 1030 someone else knocked on our door wanting to know if we were checking out! We decided to go ahead and check out on time after that!

We booked a last minute stay and when I went to check it the booking defaulted to the next night. I’m standing in the lobby freaking out because I have two toddlers in the car losing their ever loving minds because they are tired. The sweetheart that was helping me ch eco in had me reach out to have the booking changed. He stood there with me while I changed it and was so kind/understanding. I truly think he got a giggle out of the whole situation. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I have to mark as “not excellent” was the area around it and some of the others that were staying. It’s a really large hotel so they can’t watch every single room but there were “friends” outside partaking in very fragrant extracurriculars. I just wanted to add that just so it’s something others need to avoid. It doesn’t fall on the hotel, but still needs to be mentioned. I would for real stay again. :)
