We checked in about 2 hours earlier for an extra 20 dollars. The clerk was nice. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance. About 45 mins after checking in we had no water, there was a water leak. Which the water came back on in about 1 hour after checking in. This place has a few cosmetic issues.The comforter had spots on it and the light or lamp did not work in the room with the sofa. This property was okay for our 1 night in Alabama.

Room was dirty. Black hair everywhere, floor was dirty, comforter had dirt spots, towels had stains. We had the suite and TV in couch area didn’t work. No soap in either bath or sink area and no shampoo. We used what we packed. The dead bolt on the door would not close. Breakfast was average. The noise from traffic and workers staying there was LOUD. At checkout we weren’t asked how the stay was and they refused to give us a receipt. Said there system wouldn’t allow it because we booked through Expedia. We will never stay at a Red Roof inn again.

This was one of the nicest red roofs we have stayed at so far. Clean, quiet, no odd odors in the room, comfy bed, great powerful shower and shampoo and body wash dispensers. Would stay here again

We were locked out of our room for 20mins after coming back from dinner while the front desk found the manual key to unlock the door. Which was quickly followed by my son laying in bed and having a huge cockroach crawl on him. We were moved rooms because it was late and we just wanted to get on the road early in the morning. Our new room had no shower towels, the tv did not work, and the shower was either freezing or broiling. The front desk staff said he left a message for the manager and we would be called the next morning about all of our issues. We never received a call. Because we booked through Expedia, he said we would have to go through them for the refund. Expedia has since tried to contact the property and hasn’t gotten a response so our issue is now closed. So nice to know that NO ONE is responsible for this situation. Both Expedia and Red Roof Inn are passing the buck to each other and no one cares. Stay somewhere else.

Room smells like it was never cleaned. Stinks like sweat. Soap dispenser doesn’t work so have to wash hands with shampoo. Room smells like it was never cleaned and the smell of sweat is so annoying. I need a full refund for my money. Absolutely ridiculous.
