Bfast was limited and was a small area for alot of people. Pool seating area was colder than the pool water and the pool water was cold. Fire alarm went off one night that woke the whole hotel late at night. Was a false alarm.

We had people running up and down the halls, slamming doors and talking loudly until 4:20 in the morning. The smell of someone smoking marijuana was so strong I ended up having to put a towel at our entrance, because the smell was getting into our room. I called the office at midnight reporting the loud people. I had to call again around 1:30 and then again at 3:20. They said they were going to come up and look into it. I think the first guy I got a hold of did come check, but I don't think the other person did. My son had an important performance that next day. I will not stay here again. I know you can't control people's actions, but as a business, you can control the consequences. It did not help that we had already had the fire alarm go off earlier that evening.

No hot water for the whole time we stayed there. After inquiring about it at the front desk, the girl said she didn't know anything about it. I can't believe no one else had said anything. Having the police knock on you neighbor's door first thing in the morning. A guy sitting in the lobby with nothing but a towel on at 1am. The breakfast was meh! Overall if you don't care about these things, this is the place for you!

Breakfast was good. But there were chill running up and down the halls all night, every night. Fire alarm went off and the staff did not have information for guest. They seemed very annoyed. Also the whole floor smelled like weed.

I really wish I could give this place five stars, but my experience with the front desk made it hard to do that. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was rude. When she asked for my ID, she made a comment about “whatever form of ID you have with your passport or your country’s ID,” which felt unnecessary and honestly a bit disrespectful. I stayed for two nights. The next day I washed a few clothes in the laundry room, but the dryer stopped working right after I put my money in. I went to the front desk to let the receptionist know, and the first thing she said was, “You got an error. Well, I’m sorry but I’m not maintenance.” I asked if something could be done since I already paid, and she went to the laundry room with her keys. She tried pressing buttons, unplugging the dryer, and plugging it back in. She managed to get it running again, but only on a cold cycle for five minutes. When I told her it wouldn’t dry my clothes, she acted surprised, then got it up to nine minutes but still on cold. When I asked if I could use their laundry room , she sarcastically laughed and said “no,” then shut the door behind her and walked off I ended up putting it back to an hour and a half myself, but my hoodie and jacket still came out wet. Aside from those two issues, everything else was great. Housekeeping did a nice job refreshing the room with clean sheets, towels, and emptying the trash. And when I checked out, the receptionist working that morning was very friendly.
