Although front desk staff was kind and helpful - this place is visibly outdated, worn, and in need of an overhaul. We were placed here as part of a sporting event and Im not sure how it made the cut. Lots and lot of noise, no security or staffing to police it, and clearly no smoking rules were ignored on every floor. Would not stay again no matter how desperate.

We have 4 room in this hotel but 2 room windows is broken and cold air comes from window once we turn on ptac unit to warm up our room still it’s cold for whole night we don’t have any other option because this is nearest hotel from the hospital so that why we book 4 rooms in this hotel for our family.

The only thing I noticed that was less than perfect was a couple of small bits of soap on the rim of the tub; someone didn't quite clean it off. Other than that, it was more or less perfect, and I was quite comfortable! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

The rooms had a strange smell to them. The mattress was old and worn, and the pillows too. Loud neighbors arguing up till midnight cussing and slamming doors. Carpet was old. Desk chair wouldn't roll.

Was initially given keys to an occupied room. Walked in and saw someone's stuff, thankfully they weren't in there. Facility and room were kinda dirty and the place smelled awful.
