The hotel was very clean but dated. You could tell some things were worn outm the elevators were past their inspection dates and one kept having issues. The pool tables were rusty but the pool itself was clean. The rooms and housekeeping were fantastic. The breakfast was a little strange. The bacon wasn't real, the sausage was a pale white color, and the rest of the hot food was dry and tasteless. The staff were friendly enough but seemed overly busy and understaffed. Same for the valet service it was rather expensive for it taking 20+ minutes for them to retrieve your car.

The room was huge. It had a kitchenette which would be great for longer stays. The room condition itself was fair. Could definitely use some freshening up, even just a new coat of paint. But overall the room and the stay was very pleasant!

The hotel was great. Very conveniently located for an event at the Fieldhouse. Valet parking was superb. The only downside was the coffee - both the in-room and lobby coffee was terrible. Other Hilton brands do breakfast and coffee much better.

Family bball time

We loved the place. It was very quiet. It was close to everything that we needed. We were able to walk to the fevers game from there. There are some great restaurants.

Love this location. Went to see Indiana Fever game with my husband and kids. This hotel was so close to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Room was spacious. Valet was quick. Front desk guy was awesome (very well dressed, professional and polite). Only one complaint regarding breakfast—wished you could have left breakfast set up out until 9. Staff starting putting away at 8:54. I just wanted a bowl of oatmeal. Not the end of the world though. Great hotel.

Old outdated don’t recommend

The photos are not accurate. Our room was on the 7th top floor, the ceilings were very tall and it was roomy but the room was outdated and needs renovation badly. Wallpaper was peeling, stains on the floor, TV didn’t even work. The front desk person was not friendly or how I would expect someone greeting guest to act. She wasn’t rude but not even a smile when we walked in. I would not stay here again. I quickly got in and left first thing in the morning.

There was only one working elevator, the valet was always a 30 minute wait, even when we arrived. The door to the bathroom was broken and we had shared the room between 4 adults and 2 children so that was not ideal either. None of the amenities in the bathroom worked as there was either no product or the containers simply didn’t work. I would not stay here again.
