We were there for a Fever game and were amazed when we opened our shades and could see Gainbridge! Close to good food! Valet parking was awesome! Breakfast was plentiful with many options. Room was spacious, clean and uniquely historic!

Great hotel

The hotel's location is awesome. The staff is great along with the breakfast and the room layout. The only negative we have is the bathroom needed some more cleaning and updating (the tp holder was broken). Also, if noise bothers you, this isn't the hotel for you. It is in the heart of Downtown and you hear music, people, and cars throughout the night, but we knew this would be a thing due to the location so it didn't bother us because the plus of walking everywhere made it desirable.

The property used to be an 18th century shoe factory. Many of the love characteristics of the historical building were preserved but moverized. The room was large with a full kitchen and living space. Location was perfect with a short walk to to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. From the outside the building does not look appealing because they preserved the old look. But it beautiful, clean and modern on the inside with a touch of the past.

All of the staff was extremely friendly. The valets went above and beyond to help me with my kids every time we arrived or left. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety for everyone in my family. The pool area was very clean and had plenty of towels & seating. Our room was clean, well stocked and had plenty of space.

Celebrating Anniversary. Great location in downtown Indianapolis. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Tuesday night the Indiana Pacers were playing in Eastern Conference Finals. Our second trip to Indianapolis. We will be back.

Excellent stay

My family with 5 youngsters had a wonderful time as we were going to the fever game. Great location. Rooms were beautiful. Very impressed. Only thing was the noise outside was annoying when trying to sleep and no fan noise in the room available to down out the bar crowd sounds.
