Dirty bathroom and misleading advertising.

My stay at La Quinta was terrible. First I booked the hotel because it advertised an airport shuttle bus from the airport to their hotel and when I called the hotel, they said that their bus was broken down and they could not pick me up. In addition, their bathroom that I had was filthy. The shower curtain was disgusting mildew and dirty. The shower showerhead was basically broken. The water was coming sideways. Just a very bad experience.

Our stay was short, just overnight to allow us to catch an early flight from Indianapolis. The facility upkeep has a lot of room for improvement. Parking was plenty but the room itself was quite sub-par even for La Quinta! ... Our door peephole had come off, so the management had fixed it by plugging the hole with tissue paper. The pillow covers had stains in them; the bathrooms were not very clean. We just had to sleep for a few hours and head out but most likely will look for other options in the future

NEVER AGAIN

Check in was easy and friendly. Room appeared to be clean, bathtub was stained and just dirty looking. Cockroaches were seen in the bathroom on the last morning. I was told sorry for the inconvenience. It wasn't an inconvenience it was a disgusting experience that I will never do again.

Probably not your first choice

Sketchy place. Rear door was apparently broken and the repair was pathetic. I took a picture but couldn't share it. Don't look too closely at things and it will seem ok but the minute you start looking longer and harder, you will see why you should have stayed elsewhere. Bathroom "safety" handle thats supposed to be handicapped rated was loose, as was the entire shower head. Sink plumbing was crappy so the draining water was slow and noisy. Booked a 1 bedroom king for 2 occupants but only 1 wash cloth. Only light bedding and no extra blankets in closet. No trash can in the bathroom either. One of the etrance lightswitches was tied to the outlet that controlled the microwave. Oh and there was shattered glass ALL OVER the parking lot.

Run-down property located in industrial area. Two of the loudest, obscenity-filled, and sleepless nights I've ever experienced in any hotel. Based on the frequency and volume of screaming it seems these 'guests' were full time residents sharing beds among multiple rooms. Gym completely dysfunctional, TV didn't work, even the roadside sign was unlit at night?? Staff failed to notify me of package arrival, so I missed delivery while there.
