An older but well-maintained property with friendly staff right in the middle of downtown. 3 blocks to Gainbridge Stadium, a wide array of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Despite proximity, minimal street noise.

First of all the parking is a mess. When we arrived at the front desk, the staff treated us terribly (1 of them). Not the person who checked us in, but the person next to her. She was uncomfortable with us there (I don’t know why) she was making faces at us and whispering to the person checking us in. I don't know if they were uncomfortable with us for being latinos but I think is disrespectful and unprofessional to whisper in front of people. Third, we had chosen a "shared room" (which is what the hotel's amenities indicated), but it wasn't, this is a regular room with 2 beds and a sofa. And to finish it they charged me a fee for my cat without warning. Need to be more specific in what the hotel offer and improve customer service.
