Excellent walkability, clean, and polished!

Staff were friendly. We especially liked the quietness we had (didn’t hear neighbors talking loudly in the hall or doors slamming), and the clean and polished atmosphere of the lobby and gym. It would have been nice to not need to pay extra for wifi and breakfast, but there were other hotels with those amenities we could have booked anyways.

Conference Center Convenient

Great service. Very willing to accommodate us and work with our arrival and departure schedule for a conference that we attended at the Indianapolis Conference Center. Very high price to park car at hotel. Restaurant in hotel offered no free meal nor free coffee. Rooms are extremely small. Super close & convenient to access conference center by walking . Many good restaurants close by. Shuttle service to nearby restaurant was helpful for wife with physical disability.

The bathroom was very small but the shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The construction outside made it noisy and the atm didn’t work so I couldn’t tip the valet which was unfortunate. The line for coffee in the morning was very long but went rather quickly. The bartender was very helpful getting me tea at night as 8th and Notch had closed. Overall it was great and I would stay again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Let me check in early rather than use the baggage store. Lovely room and bathroom. I like the historic feel style and it is well kept. Very close to the Convention Centre. Next to construction works currently so a bit of noise but that’s temporary! Air con a bit noisy too but it was

Newly renovated and everything was very nice. My only complaint is that they were a little stingy. For example, their tvs use chrome cast, but you have to purchase this WiFi to use it. This little extra charges feel silly when you have already paid for the room.
