Stay somewhere else! I picked this property because it was affordable and offered indoor pool and hot tub. Well it was affordable but that’s about it. No hot tub at all..that needs to be updated online. The pool doesn’t heat so it’s unusably cold and the whole area smells bad. The room wasn’t clean. Stains everywhere. Slight odor when u walk in. The showers were room temperature and so grimy and run down I almost waited to shower the 2 nights until I came home. The ice machine doesn’t work u have to change floors and then u get little black specs in the ice. Overall not a great experience would not recommend. Lots of affordable options in the area I will go to next time.

It was somewhere to stay…

Certainly not the cleanest or most accomodating property. Asked for extra towels since we only had two small towels and two hand towels for a jetted tub king “suite” room, and were told there was “an adequate amount of towels in every room”. There were stains on our sheets, on the floor, on the mattress (without a pad/protector!), in the tub, on the counters, pretty much everywhere. Our sheets had holes in them, and really weren’t great outside of that. We didn’t feel comfortable turning the jets on in the tub due to the aforementioned cleanliness issues. But, it was a semi-cheap room for the nights we needed it. Easy to get into Indy. If you want somewhere to stay with little else but decent access to get downtown if you’re driving, then this would work. If you want literally any frills where you stay, then avoid this place.

This place was a dump! The pool was out of service, the sheets were blood stained, the floor hadn't been swept. The condition and cleanliness was unbelievably bad. Worst I've ever seen. The front desk clerk possibly manager explained she shouldn't expect a clean room at this price point. DID NOT STAY!

This was an okay stay. Staff was friendly. The room was a room. The pool was ice cold! The floor of the room was super dirty, the kids got water on the floor and I took a towel to clean it up and the towel was so dirty after wiping up the water! The breakfast was below average. The eggs was sitting in water, they had bread, muffins, waffles to make, yogurt, and some suspiciously colored looking cereal (looked old). The toaster only worked when you held the cord in a certain position. I'd skip this one if I was in the area again.

Don't Stay Here

The propperty needs renovated. For the price I paid, I could have stayed someplace nice. I travel to Southport a lot and thought I would give it a try. It doesn't compare to the other hotels surrounding it. patches on walls, dirty matress covers, dirty lampshades, stains on sheets, just not a good experience. Will never stay there again. Pictures are not accurate, must have been taken 20 years ago.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but these guys were awful This property attempts to charge an additional fee at check-in which is strange. Shower has a governor on it, which doesn’t allow you to make the shower hot. Water from the sink will get hot, but the shower will only get up to about 89°F (I used a thermometer to check), and if you’re a normal human who’s body temp is 96°F, then this will feel lukewarm at best. I tried calling the front desk to alert them of this issue, but go figure the phone didn’t work. So I went down to the front desk in-person to address the issue and was told, “we will check on that” (rather dismissively). There were also small hair shavings on the bathroom sink/ counter area. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned. This establishment seems like they are willing to cut any corners they can in order to make an extra buck or two, even if it is at the expense of their customers’ comfort. I would recommend staying at any other hotel if you can.
