This place is rundown and not a 3 star hotel at ALL! The rooms were brokedown and janky. The breakfast was slim to none. Pool area was freezing and rundown. Overall i will never stay at this hotel EVER!

Under renovation. A lot of stuff stored in breakfast area. No towels at pool. Toilet seat broken in room. Check in was very slow due to only 1 person working desk.

Specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool. When i walked around to see the pool, they have old dirty, stained mattresses, carpet and old furniture in the area right next to the pool. Im sure theres a dumpster, or something they could have stored all of that mess. I did not want to stay there.

DO NOT STAY HERE DANGEROUS

The hotel room wasn’t clean or comfortable. It’s a cheap hotel, I wasn’t expecting much. The pool is only open from 3-10. This is not listed anywhere. “Breakfast” was a 1/2 loaf of bread and a toaster. After I complained about the pool not opening at 3, our room keys suddenly became deactivated. We complained again, and told them we were leaving as we didn’t feel safe. They sent two men to our room and knocked aggressively until someone opened the door. When we tried to tell them everything they walked off. We left immediately and still have not heard from the hotel about any of our refund.

We checked in around 3:50 was told about the breakfast in the morning it was cereal no milk bagels were old no cream cheese or jams wanted to take the kids swimming in the morning and the pool was not open again until 3pm well after check out never have I been to a hotel where my children couldn’t go swimming in the morning and the pool closed early on the night we stayed we were highly disappointed

Where to start…. The whole place needs TLC Bathroom tub all stained , rust in fixtures electrical outlets with wires sticking out. Breakfast was a joke. At 8:30 one yogurt in the fridge and two bananas

This hotel was deceiving from the photos posted on line- the property is very outdated, the floors were cracked and stained, our bed sheets were stained- the pool area was deceiving and not as lovely as pictures- I was afraid to go in the hot tub. It was convenient and low priced for our trip, but I would never stay here again.

Terrible hotel!

The stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. It was freezing cold. We went to take a shower and the water is not warm it was ice cold, The condition of the room was disgusting. It was just all around the worst hotel I’ve ever been in and I’m very upset. I spent money on this

Hotel with lots of potential!

This hotel is under new management and they are trying there best to give you a good experience . Even with all the work being done not once where we inconvenienced they have an amazing view by the pond food and lots of parking . I honestly loved this stay i highly recommend and will be coming back im excited to see the new changes in the hotel !
