The staff was amazing, the property and views were amazing

Everything would have been perfect if the staff had not said a word to us and charged us an extra fee. At first we didn't understand why and then I read on the website that it turns out that you have to pay extra for prevarication with a dog. It would be good to tell hotel guests about it.

The owner and the staff at The Lakeside Resort are beyond awesome. Easily the most friendly place we have ever stayed. If you are going to stay on Seneca Lake, this is the place. Rocky the on site chocolate lab is the best. The food in the bistro is amazing. Even if you are not staying on property, it is worth stopping here for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Good value for the money. Location is a good base for visiting many local attractions.

Wonderful stay on Cornell’s campus. Service was great. Clean, quiet. Everyone was nice and willing to help. Interesting to see how the hotel works to provide real work experience to Cornell’s Nolan School students.

Beautiful property and excellent staff.
