Extremely mismanaged from customer service level to the room's maintenance and repair. Zero customer service. Front desk did not know much about the Spa, and as the customer I was on a tight travel schedule. The bathtub was unusable in the room as there was paint or glue.. peeling off the tub. It needs to be resurfaced/reglazed. Other notes about the room: smelled like smoke strongly, weed smells were all over, there were scrapes and dings all over the walls near the entry. The toiletries provided were not good quality. This is supposed to be a four star hotel, and it did not reflect in the service. The room also did not reflect as a four star hotel should as it was clear to me that it was not maintained very well. I'm very dissatisfied as someone who is a rewards member and I also lost money at the casino. The attached casino was seemingly very tight. The bar was fun and ANDREA made the bar a good time. Otherwise, very dissatisfied.

Room was clean. Shower head don’t work properly, sprayed in 7 different directions. Air conditioning didn’t work well either, but stayed cool enough for the night. Bed was comfy. Slots were super tight, won’t be going back for the casino again.

3 restaurants open on a monday. Apply for players card and you will get $10 in free play. Plus if it is your birthday month you pick a gift from kiosk. Mine was $20 in free play. So played on house $$. Outside hottub was nice.

Great stay. Mexican restaurant wasn’t the best. Rooms were clean, staff was really friendly and the valet was top notch. I really appreciated all their help especially since traveling with two small children.

For the price, not again. The room is just a regular holiday inn room. The pool is cool, but not worth it for the price point. Yes, from outside it looks great, if you're booking planning on using all the amenities, not even so. If you want to spend, I would go to another middle class hotel and get a suite and that has breakfast included.
