Looking forward to this Sydney holiday and was very disappointed with this accommodation. Minimal views to be had from our room but a beautiful view of a rusty tin roof was available. Couple this with the serene sound of a jackhammer working away in an adjacent room. No rest to be had here, better off in the street where it was quieter. The jackhammers dulcet tone was then revisited at 0800hrs the following morning. Obviously we were not the only visitors experiencing this delight this as it only lasted about 30 minutes before ceasing. I understand maintenance must be conducted but at least 1000 hrs please before busting out the pneumatic tools. Next time will stay at a proper motel with daily room service so you don’t have to make up your bed. There are so many great places to stay in the CBD but this one was a disappointment.

Great location to move around the city. Close to central station! Tidy and very spacious suite. Super friendly and accommodating staff! There was lift maintenance ongoing during our stay, but the noise did not bother us and works were carried out in a professional manner. Nice gym and pool area, very quiet and nice to workout in.

Great location, spacious rooms, helpful staff.

The location is very convenient for Central Station and hence trains to everywhere including the airport as well as being walking distance to all the CBD. The staff on the front desk were very helpful with storing bags before check-in and after check-out and offering alternative rooms on check-in as the one we were initially allocated had netting blocking the view. All the rooms we saw were spacious and comfortable with the outlook being the biggest variable. One issue was that the in room safe was locked closed on our arrival and after being opened by someone from the front desk it transpired the written operating instructions were wrong so it got locked closed again and had to be reopened by a staff member.

Parking in tight elevator was a challenge. Well equipped aparthotel, lovely pool. Needed some serious cleaning in the corridoors. Good stay otherwise.

An excellent location in a spacious apartment. Full size fridge and kitchenette. Extremely clean and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful and considerate. They are currently updating the lifts and already they seem to be faster. Close to supermarkets, shopping and whatever else your desire may be. It’s a great place to stay.
