The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, while dining at Zeferan Restaurant on the top floor was a highlight, combining exquisite dishes with stunning views. Thoughtful room amenities and complimentary services made us feel thoroughly pampered, and the housekeeping team’s incredible attention to detail ensured our room was always spotless and perfectly arranged. Ideally located within walking distance from Sultanahmet Square, the hotel serves as the perfect base for exploring Istanbul. Adding to the charm, the area is filled with roaming cats, a delightful bonus for animal lovers. Compared to many hotel experiences in the United States, Ajwa Hotel sets a new standard for luxury, service, and comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Istanbul!

This used to be a very nice property. We stayed there five times, and it looks like the proper maintenance and updates have not been performed. Lack of cleanliness, dining staff lacks manners. Receptionists do not speak English properly, not very professional anymore.
