Value for money

Very friendly and attentive staff. Great location for tourism and awesome value for money. Also, hotel booked airport transfers and gave excellent info snd support with this!

The hotel is very close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Basilica. There are cute shops all around and close to the train. The staff was helpful and friendly. The property is dated and the bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The AC didn't work. You can hear water running through the pipes. And, we didn't have hot water the first morning that was fixed. Breakfast was included and was delicious and plentiful.

The are around the hotel was very good and easy to go everywhere by walk or by transport however the hotel smelled like mold, there was mold on the ceilings, the bathroom had no way of air at all so any steam from water or smell will remain in the bathroom, if you are asthmatic or like to breath fresh and clean air this hotel its not it.

I had a very nice experience with this hotel I stayed in it And I would recommend it to my friends This hotel was very clean I had a very friendly staff and the maids took care of our room every day to change the towels to wash on foot and to refresh everything to be refreshed was great I liked this hotel and the morning food was very tasty

I was given an upgrade on my room when i arrived, but I'm not sure that was as great as it was made to sound. I was on the top floor, but the lift stopped one floor short sonyou have to walk up one flight of spiral stairs. The room also had wall lamps missing and wires hanging out the wall. The bathroom smelt too. It was quaint,but it is also noisy from the mosque in the mornings. I would not choose to stay in the hostoric area of Istanbul again.

The good: great location; very friendly and helpful staff speaking English and Russian (some); clean room. The bad: the bathroom was in a bad condition: leaking water drain; a shower holder falling out of the wall; bad smell. It was a disappointment and significantly lowers our rate.

It's very central to do everything around. Only one thing negative is four days we stay there always around 6 am 6:30 It's someones peoples was waking everyone with speaker

Great location and proximity to major attractions. Friendly stuff. Our room was clean but quite small. Had minor issues with door lock and shower cabin -which needed some maintenance -but none of that was jeopardizing our vacation in any way. Would go there again without hesitation.

PROS; - Very nice staff, Celine is charming and an excellent communicator, thank you, Celine. - Bedding sheets are good quality and clean, the room at a glance looks cute and nice. - The location is close to the historic sites, restaurants, and bazaars. CONS; - Due to heavy traffic, no Taxi Driver is willing to go to this hotel during the day hours from the waterfront/bridges. I offered 500 TL but no taxi driver accepted it, at night I paid 300 TL for a 100 TL fare to bring my stuff from a waterfront hotel. - The entrance is not clean, it is a garbage collector center for the garbage trucks. - The bathroom does not have hooks on the walls for hanging towels, nor a toilet paper holder. The shower area is not walled from the rest of the bathroom and water runs all over. Using the bathroom is not that easy. Also, the hot water runs extremely hot and somewhat cold. - A few side wall boards and floorboards are missing and need attention and fixing.

Poor politics for charged de room

The service was very good. The workers very happy and friendly. But the administration was too poor. They charged the value of the stay before entering the hotel. That seemed abusive to me. I was supposed to have paid an additional amount as insurance for non-use, however, they made the charge one day before arriving at the hotel and not at the time of check out.
