Friendly staff and a great family room with a huge living area and bedroom featuring 3 beds and a 3-seater sofa. Full-wall windows on two sides of the room. Door leading to the very large shared balcony from the bedroom. A huge separate fully kitted kitchen and dining table and chairs with a full wall window. Separate shower and toilet. The lady at the reception was great and welcoming. She hoped we liked the family room as it is like home. Yes, it was enjoyed by everyone. We were there only one night, and we wished we could have stayed longer. All hotel rooms should be like this. We requested an iron and were given one straight away with an ironing board too. Breakfast and dining restaurant just outside the hotel entrance. Other restaurants and grocery shops are nearby. Value for money hotel, highly recommended, especially the family room. Check-in and check-out were swift. The hotel's friendly reception staff arranged taxis in the middle of the night for the nearby airport.

We shared a 1 bedroom suite. AC unit in living room. No cooling in bedroom. Beautiful big windows and curtains. Water pressure weak in shower. Not sound proofed between units on same floor. Staff including Nehir were excellent. Beds a d sofa reasonably comfortable.. 2.5 km from mall. Very close to SAW airport. There is a direct bus to airport from the mall. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

I don’t recommend this hotel to any one , it should be taken from the list of choice every thing you think off negatively applies to it , nothing works no heat in sub zero temperature, noisy un trusted staff ,dirty , towels very old and dirty , we arrived late and we had no choice but to stay due to weather condition , we had 2 room for 6 of us , They didn’t want to change the rooms saying they have no other rooms .

Everything was fine; 12 pm checkout is huge. John at front desk totally cool; got me a mercedes ride to IST. But the halls absolutely stink of cigarettes; even the staff smoking in the hall ways while cleaning the rooms and then using deodorizing spray to cover up the stench. Not cool. But giant room with giant floor to ceiling windows.
