Good location , just opposite to the metro and nice area . But the breakfast is not even basic , we didnt like at all. ( orange juice is a terrible powder, no corn flakes for kids , no milk , no pancake : kids didnt profit from breakfast, we had to buy from.outside)

Not as advertised. Stained lounge cusions. Toilet flush stuck. Washer/dryer did not work. Lacking kitchen cleaning amenities, tea towels etc. Staff had a nice attitude but the hotel was very lacking in tourist information and information about facilities. I would look for a better a standard for the claimed star rating on my next visit. It was OK but disappointing. a toilet

Solid location. Turning on AC was not intuitive, but one I learned how, comfort improved significantly. Generally helpful staff. Bathroom has a bit of a sewage/pipe drainage smell, but that would go away one AC/air circulation was turned on. I would stay again at this hotel due to the location and now knowing what things to do in the hotel to ensure better comfort.

The staff of this hotel are wonderful! I have been staying there for the last 4 years at least 3 times a year . However, I took my daughters with me this time and we were disappointed with the AC- even when you leave the spare card in it shuts down by itself.
