One of the best part about this property, is it’s location and transportation! What it lacks are some of its amenities such as toiletries including nobody, body lotion being provided! Staff are generally helpful, but we’re lying too heavily on kiosk to do it checked in and checked out, but that could be because of their culture in attempting to automate me everything!

Location of the hotel, right above Umeba station and right across from a few other lines. Hotel/Room was very clean and staff was amazing. Definitely would stay here again.

We did not have the breakfast, wish the airport limousine/shuttle stopped in front of the hotel. Even if the pickup area was a block away, it was raining the day we left so we got wet along with the luggage. Otherwise convenient location and friendly staff and amenities.

We are repeat guests at the hotel. It’s so conveniently located. The staff is exceptional and the rooms are clean. They accommodate you in the best way that they can. Staff was very courteous, room was small by North American standards, but after a day of walking around Osaka didn’t matter much at the end of the day. Location of hotel was outstanding as it’s very close to all railways, subways and metro which is a huge bonus. Let us store our luggage for the day at no extra charge.
