Beautiful hotel, room was spacious, clean, very comfy beds. We stayed on 34th floor with 4 XL twin beds, crip linens. Great service, good breakfast selection. For Transportation Osaka station mins away and takes you everywhere. Shopping places everywhere within walking distance. Best place to stay.

Location is very convenient, room size a bit small than expected. The room slippers are not disposable ones, they are reusable ones. No lotion or cream provided. The toilet has a bad smell from the water pipes after each flush. Overall it’s good.

Extremely dirty. Got terrible allergies and skin broke out. You could literally see dust particles floating in room and dust and toothpaste stuck on the floor. Very crowded and impersonal. It’s self check in and out. Not sure how this is 4 stars.

Although the rooms are quite small the hotel in general is very good. Great breakfast, clean and the staff are lovely. The hotel is nice and close to the train station. Easy access to shopping and endless restaurants.
