The hotel was amazing and the staff was kind, attentive, and professional. We rented the "love' suite which had a balcony with a view of the waterfalls and restaurants. We will definitely return!

Tudo foi perfeito na nossa estadia desde a recepção calorosa e simpĂĄtica das pessoas com direito a um drink de boas vindas, atĂ© a limpeza e arrumação dos quartos de forma impecĂĄvel, o cafĂ© da manhĂŁ tambĂ©m foi perfeito com inĂșmeras opçÔes fresquinhas. Cabe tambĂ©m um destaque especial para os funcionĂĄrios da pousada que sĂŁo super simpĂĄticos e preocupados com o nosso bem estar. O lugar apesar de afastado dos centros comerciais Ă© excelente para quem quer ficar em meio a natureza. Atendimento Ă© excelente, limpeza excelente e o local Ă© lindo. Única reclamação Ă© em relação a uma taxa de servico que Ă© cobrada no check-out se consumir algum produto que tem dentro do frigobar que fica dentro da acomodação. Achei isso errado, pois os produtos sĂŁo caros, entĂŁo presumisse que ja esteja com essa taxa inclusa, fora que as taxas referentes aos serviços nĂłs pagamos quando reservamos a estadia. Tirando isso, nada a reclamar.

Local lindo e muito confortĂĄvel

Hotel maravilhoso para uma viagem romùntica, quarto muito confortåvel, local tranquilo e muito agradåvel e só lado do escorrega do Maromba, ponto turístico principal da região. O atendimento é o ponto alto, funcionårios João e Luciana foram muito atenciosos, me senti em casa. O café da manhã e os caldos disponíveis no restaurante do hotel a noite estavam deliciosos. Voltarei com certeza!

Pousada muito boa. Os Ășltimos 400 metros antes de chegar a pousada nĂŁo estĂŁo em boas condiçÔes, mas consegui chegar bem mesmo estando em um carro baixo. Atendimento excelente dos funcionĂĄrios. ChalĂ© com hidromassagem com limpeza impecĂĄvel. Pousada nĂŁo acessivel para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção. Banheiro poderia ser um pouco maior. Pedimos um caldo de mandioquinha a noite no quarto e estava excelente. CafĂ© da manhĂŁ poderia ser mais completo.
