Worst WiFi experience in years. WiFi was intermittent from day-1. Called front desk and was transferred to a call center in Philippines. After 10 minutes of taking me through various steps, it began working again but stopped or slowed down numerous times for the remainder of my 3-day stay. Hot water is slow, with the first 5 minutes spent in cold to lukewarm water, before heating up. Finally, pillows are like bricks and mattresses are not great. It’s a shame because the hotel has some nice restaurants, a decent movie theater (although seats could recline a bit more), and good bars.
