We never made this reservation. We stayed there last year and it was great, but it seems to have been carbon copied to this year. We were notified as a no show on the 22nd, and immediately called both your resort and Expedia. Expedia noted it was an error, called your property to request refund as an error, but were told..bothe Expedia and ourselves, that your policy was hard lined and nothing could be done. While we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in 2024, this experience has us looking at other options, as we will likely frequent the area these coming years
Our stay at Colter Bay Village was AMAZING!!!! The cabin was lovely, the staff attentive and helpful and everyone was so friendly! We absolutely loved it and will stay there again if we can! Also the restaurant food was delicious and a good value. Great bar, too! I want to thank Bill and all the staff for treating us so well - I can't say enough great things about the waiting staff and the bartenders! What a wonderful time we had there!!!
These historic cabins are very spacious and have been kept to their original log cabin style. This does mean some compromises in terms of lighting & heating / air conditioning. But there cabin was clean, well looked after and very enjoyable to stay in
Cozy rustic cabins with the basics. Staff is very nice and helpful and quite available. The area is very convenient and offers great activities. I would stay here again. Walls are thin between cabins so you can hear your neighbor conversations but didn’t bother us as everyone was very considerate so were we.
Colter Bay cabins are a perfect stop for anyone wanting to go to the Grand Tetons. They are located in the park and are really nice clean big cabins. Would definitely book again!!

The person who checked us in named Scott went above and beyond in giving us ideas what sceneries to check out. He told us to go to Jenny Lake before 7am because it gets packed, and that’s what we did. I’m glad we listened to him because by the time we were done with our hike to the Cascade Canyon, the parking lot was full and the overflowing cars were parked on the side of the road. Everything about this place was wonderful!
