True 5-Star Experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Kempinski. I love that it's connected to Grand Indonesia from the hotel lobby. Breakfast spread was tremendous, service was top notch. The tub in the room might be the biggest I have ever seen! I am definitely planning to do a staycation here again.

Service can be better

Service can be better. I called for help with luggages twice but no one came. I had to bring down my luggages on my own which is a slight struggle. Staff at breakfast restaurant not as attentive. Asked for tea but they served to wrong table. The guest at other table got my tea instead of his coffee. Waiter took the tea and passed to me which to me is not hygiene as I’m not sure if it’s been drunk so I had to request for another tea. Then waiters are not sure if guests have left or went to get more food and they let new guests sit on table that the previous guests are still using as they went to get more food. It’s not very systematic from my opinion for a 5 star hotel.
