The hotel reception was very friendly, the room was clean but the bathroom was dated. The breakfast buffet was top notch, they offered a big variety of dishes and the view from the restaurant was fantastic!

Easy check in. Just a bit confusing where to enter at first due to some works/ repairs going on in the main entrance of the hotel & the free parking is good. Over all it was a comfortable stay, close to main Jeju City, just few minutes walk.

We had a good experience with this hotel. But the only problem is the tv is buffering for a long time and it’s not easy to set up the language of the tv coz it’s set up language Korean. And the breakfast not so much selection the soup are cold. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Thank for a good stay it’s clean and well maintained.

Great location with nice view of ocean and easy access to Jeju airport. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. We stayed in late December so it was very warm in room and heat setting was not easily adjustable.

Perfect for family stay with 4 super single comfortable beds with 2 pillows each. A separate room with dining table, fridge. A separate counter top with basin outside toilet. Newly renovated room. All good. Facilities wise, there are self service laundromat and a smallish worn out gym. Location is quite good with mini mart and bakery cafe in the hotel and short walk to 2 large supermarts. Front desks helpful.

Pros: The staff were so lovely. View of the ocean was gorgeous, room size was great and the shower head was fantastic. Room was clean and no smells. Pillows, blanket, and bedsheets were soft and comfortable. The property is very conveniently located and just about everything you'd want to see in Jeju city is within a 10-30 minute radius. I love how comvenient it was. Also, a very short and easy ride to the airport. Cons: The bed was much harder than I'm used to, but the soft pillows and blanket helped.

Lovely large room with sea view. Only downside was despite the website stating there was a bar, they don’t have one. You can only get a drink if you eat at their restaurant and it’s very limited - beer, soju and soft drinks. Had to search and walk a fair distance (over a mile) to find a bar that offered more options (cocktails etc). Website needs to be corrected as disingenuous to state they have a bar

what a great hotel. loved the view of the ocean with the fishing boats going out every night. the room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Tours we took picked us up at the hotel, so that was a bonus. The optional breakfast is very worthwhile. the promanade across the street was great for a morning and evening stroll. very close to the main street market.

Property is a bit worn around the edges and a little dated. The hot water wasn't working and quickly fixed by pleasant staff, simple things like more usb sockets, shower doors that close and sockets by the beds would make it better.
