This property is basically a run down place needing some tender loving care. The room has a fold out couch for a third bed with a filthy uncomfortable mattress. Throughout the course of our stay we killed a few roaches and more got away. We stayed 10 nights and the room was never cleaned or serviced even though they say that stays over 7 day will be serviced. There was no cutlery, plates or cups when we arrived. You have to go to reception to pick them up. No toiletries, just one bar of soap. One of the days our keys were locked out, luckily we came home earlier that night. The breakfast is a coffee when it’s available and a cheap breakfast bar or a small packaged muffin. No fruit, cereal or even hot water for a cup of tea. The good parts to the property are that it felt safe with nice places to eat within walking distance. A bus stop just outside the front door takes you into the Port Authority Bus Terminal in around 20 minutes depending on traffic. Cost for a one way ticket to New York is 4.95 per person.You can buy tickets directly from the driver. In conclusion only consider this accommodation if you are on a strict budget and you get a great deal. The money we saved here as a family of four, we spent on bus fares to and from New York so it wasn’t really worth it.

Room was definitely dated , first room had a door busted in at the bottom however front desk staff was wonderful and gave us another room. We went with intention of going into NY for the day and the bus stoped right across the street from the entrance and took us to port authority which was a 10 min walk to Times Square . Great location !

It wasn’t good. The room looked like it wasn’t taken care of at all, handles missing on the cabinets, tilted and broken drawers and cabinets. Computer rolling chairs in the kitchenette, the pull out sofa and the bed were positioned in a way that not one of us would be able to see the tv at the same time. My son slept in the bed and I slept on the pull out. The mattress inside the couch was so thin that I had a horizontal metal bar digging into my back all night. I booked at a different hotel initially and I really should have kept it and gone there. Mid tier hotels are usually affordable and you get a good room for the price, this just seemed disrespectful honestly.

There were cockroaches in our bathroom and kitchen and I have videos. We cancelled the rest of our stay and went to the Hilton not too far and had a much better and cleaner experience there.

The room was fine, although the lack of access to ice at a hotel was a little bit weird. The real problem was they kept insisting that I had multiple reservations, and even though I went round and round with expedia, and the hotel, and I could find no such second reservation, they were insisting that I was going to be charged even though I told them repeatedly I didn't know where they were talking about. Not sure why they dug their heels in. It put a damper on the whole thing.
