The bathroom was dirty. There was less than half roll of toilet paper. We had to call twice for them to bring tissue. The ice machine only works on two floors. I ordered a burger and the top bun was missing. I couldn't get in contact with anyone to correct my order. I called the front desk a numerous amount of times and nobody answered. I cut my finger in the elevator and the front desk didn't have bandages or a first aid kit. Ill never stay there again!!

two different rooms we checked in to were not cleaned yet, though the staff was willing to accommodate and upgraded us to a city view room, though it wasn’t much different. The water in the showers took 10+ minutes to heat up, and when it finally did it only last a few minutes. no water available to drink aside from the tap water and the night time staff was not as accommodating and truly didn’t seem to care that the vending machines did not work and took my money.

The area seemed safe. Employees at Starbucks and Bar were really nice and personable. The girl in the front at check in seemed ok not the regular welcome to our hotel and have a great stay type of check in process. Usually we are told about amenities, what to check out in the hotel…that was completely absent. The room was outdated, sheets were stained and pillow cases were stained. You guys need to know when to donate or toss these out…it’s disgusting. The bathroom…outdated…looked dirty as well but could be stains. No microwave…I heard someone complain about there being no ice the entire hotel except the bar. No fridge in the room…bare minimum to be able to stay 2 nights tops and be on your way. You also pay to park here.

Not a bad hotel for the cost. The rooms were a little rough, the elevators went out of service when we wanted to leave. There’s no free breakfast. Other than that, the location to American Dream and MetLife stadium will bring us back.

I was surprised at how nice and pleasant the hotel is. It is great value. I heartily recommend it for business clients and friends. Will certainly use it again. Non local people may not be aware but East Rutherford and Secaucus are major transit and tisd hubs to the whole NY metropolitan area, the United States east coast and beyond. Trains and buses to NYC take ten to fifteen minutes. Closer and prices explode. My one regret is I had no time to explore the American Dream Mall. Thank you. I complain well for bad experiences. But then great places deserve praise.

We didn’t receive the room we booked and when we had asked for an extra pull out bed we were told it’ll be brought up to the room. Hours went by and nothing. 3 people had to sleep on a queen bed. The toilet in the bathroom was also peeling and the sink was clogged.

We booked a room to get away for a relaxing night without kids for our anniversary and it was the worst stay ever! The couple next door were arguing, screaming at the top of their lungs from 1am-4am for every hour on the hour and kept slamming their room door. We called the front desk but when they came up to check it out the couple would stop because the other person left the room after slamming the door. We were not able to get a relaxing night at all! The view was so nice, the room was nice as well and the staff was nice also but the experience was a negative!!!!!!!!! The couple started arguing again in the hallway around 7:30 in the morning. I woke up more tired than I do when I’m home with my kids.
