I would not stay again nor would I recommend this property. Our stay was way below average at best! The whole property looked like it was in need of a good scrub down. The room was out of body wash, there was two different occasions that our room only had scalding hot water for two hours! The toilet paper holder was broken. We heard every little noise from the room upstairs and beside us. There was only 1 ice machine in the lobby to service 19 floors! The morning after checking in someone walked in our room no housekeeping announcement or anything! Just walked in! 1 star would not recommend!

There is no sign that lets you know the name of the hotel or where you are aside from the GPS. No vending machines that work while I stayed. No ice machines . Starbucks understaffed and very slow

The man at the front desk Sunday morning was VERY rude to me and my guest when we simply asked about breakfast. He was talking in another language with someone on speaker phone very loudly as I stood waiting for him to acknowledge me. He just continued to ignore me and there was no one else to help. When I asked about breakfast he didn’t even look up at me, he just waved his finger at me like I was a child. Same exact scenario with my mother 15 minutes later. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant but he pretty much ruined it for us.
