For the price we paid, it did its job. Breakfast was okay (hot continental with stale bread), parking was okay (their on-site lot is very small so you can park in a garage nextdoor), and the room itself was okay. The hotel is just old and needs updating. We first walked in to a freezing cold room, so we had to leave the heater on 24/7 to warm up the bedroom. Most of the facilities within the room have very clear signs of wear and tear, but nothing that's gross. Overall, it was really just okay. It's a place to sleep and eat breakfast before your day in New York, which is what we used it for.

It was perfect. My wife and I went for a Jets game and to see the city. The hotel was in the middle and with the bus stop right outside, it made commuting very easy. The staff was polite and helpful, and didnt mind helping a tourist figure things out. I recommend

Beware!!!

This was a classic bait and switch. The photos of the hotel on hotels.com grossly misrepresented the so called “quality” of the hotel. This place is totally disgusting! There were stains of questionable origin on the couch. The bathtub had mildew all over and the tub took forever to drain. All of the furniture was in bad repair. The living room light didn’t work. The drapes weren’t attached to the rod. Wyndham should be ashamed to have its name associated with this dump!

The building is old. I went for a weekend and got two separate rooms, both rooms the carpet was dirty, bathroom was also dirty, there was no light in my for half of the room. Staff was ok.

Disappointing

The first room my key did not work. There was paperwork left of the residents in the hotel whose rooms were cleaned. The blinds were broken and wouldn’t close. So they gave me a second room. The second room had a maintenance cart with tools and a list showing damaged rooms in the hotel, when residents checked out, etc. The key also did not work. I was finally given a third room which was just ok. The guy at the front desk talked about refunding part of my stay dye to all the inconveniences which I hope they will make good on.

Worth it

This was perfect if you have a large family and need connecting rooms. It wasnt. The nicest place but it was clean and also had a decent breakfast in the morning. The proximity to the American dream mall was sonideal

The stay at this place wasn't good at all. The rooms are super old and they barely cleaned. The price is so high for what they offer. The tub was disgusting and when we arrive it was supposed to be clean but we saw hair inside the tub, and it was also plugged. They didn't clean the room, do the bed, change the linen during our stay.

The property was fairly old it smelled old the tub and wall area was very old the pool room was very cold the lobby was very cold it had lots of pit holes in the parking lot I fell in getting out the car my bottom still hurts the rooms are very spacious if they spruced it up like put new carpet down paint and fix the tub in the bathroom and warm the pool area and the water it’ll be great overall it was a good hotel I’ll book again hopefully I don’t fall 😂

Bathroom has mold on the ceiling and the bathtub needs repairs. Windows don’t have screens which is dangerous, breakfast was gross except the waffles. When asked for extra pillows they had none. Pool hours were horrible. Key pass hardly worked in the door, had to make multiple trips down to have it fixed. There was a lot wrong with the property.
