8th floor 1 elevator working. there was always breakfast police there so when i came down in the morning to get coffee i had to get a ticket at the desk but only could get to for the number of people in the room. So i always go to breakfast early but when my wife goes later i could not even go in to have coffee with her and they are supost to give coffee though out the day. The show it felt like i was going to fall though it the bottom was like a sponge. the place was very clean and no smell to it and quite except for traffic. Except for the breakfast police the front desk staff was very helpful in everything like bus tickets and other things

Last time I go to this hotel

I rent two rooms for my family and i: nonetheless, I have several complains about our stay in this hotel: First, there was only one time the housekeeping went for the four days we stay. Second, over the two elevators only one work which was always crowded. Third, the breakfast was horrible I really don't recommended. Forth, on the second room I rent, the toilet didn't not work, and it took 24 hours to change my family to another room, the front desk people didn't help me at all with this issue and the end the person that help me was a person from maintenance which i really appreciated, pretty nice person. To conclude, over all the hotel needs to focus on the necessities of the guest, and resolving it.

Ok experience

Hotel was ok if you are look for something inexpensive. The room was big and beds were comfy but the condition wasn’t that great. The walls were dirty, the bathroom had mold around the sides of the tub, and corners. The ceiling in the bathroom wasn’t in great condition. The room smelled like weed and cigarettes. They only had one working elevator for 9 floors. The breakfast was ok, but could’ve switched up the options each day. Location is the only thing that really make this hotel a 10/10. It’s in a great location and right in the bus line if you wanted to visit NY. It’s so close to American Dream.

It’s great for what you pay for. Don’t count on the pool, we couldn’t see the bottom it was so cloudy!! The room was clean but it was clear that they didn’t fully clean or sanitize. Everything had a dirty feel to it.
