We reserved 2 rooms the hotel had 2 elevators one of which did not work. The “free breakfast” was awful!! You try to take your coffee to go and they tell you that you can not leave with any food or drinks in your hands!! We requested a cleaning of the rooms and they never did! We were there for three nights…our other relatives who met us there reserved 2 rooms one of which had an actual flood from the room above the bathroom they went downstairs( because none of the hotel room telephones work!!) to tell them to move them and they were told that they did not have any rooms left because they were sold out!!! Total bull****!! We had to ask for towels constantly because they were not cleaning the rooms and were told that they were out of towels! The ownership of this hotel does not give a damn about this hotel they are just collecting the money! Do your self a favor and find another hotel…

Room smelled like mold, not enough towels for the amount of people I made reservation for. Had to wait for towels for an hour and had to go to front desk to pick them up. Also had to ask for bedding for sofa bed, breakfast was horrible and even though they don’t even mention it at check in when you go downstairs to get breakfast they tell you a breakfast coupon is needed, so there it goes again go to front desk to request your coupons that ended up in the trash can since I was not able to eat anything. Lady standing at the entrance of breakfast room was rude and not friendly at all. Not a good experience

The parking lot is in terrible shape, and you have to park in a dark garage across the street. Check in was fine, but my entire floor reeked of marijuana. I realize it's legal now, but the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, and the smell made my stay unpleasant. Room was clean, if old and dated. Air conditioner sounds like a semi truck down shifting on the interstate. Seriously could not hear the TV when A/C kicked on. Overall experience was somewhere been "just ok," and "not very good."

I wanted to like the hotel because you can see it used to great but it is dated and well maintained but very old and dark with few working modern amenities. It is in serious need of some TLC and upgrades. would not stay again.
