We had two twin rooms which worked out well. Communication was a bit difficult but everyone very pleasant and courteous. The rooms were very clean - sort of on the small side but workable. Breakfast was interesting.

There are tons of great small restaurants that’s owner-lead in this hotel blocks. Many of them are award winning yet many of them have unassuming small store front. Thats why I continue to book this hotel. Also their service is refreshingly hospitable & human. These days many budget hotels are so uncaring & rule oriented thus many of your needs during travel in japan are met with “no” but not this place. Really appreciate that.

Very clean room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Amenities are great, having the washing machines and dryer are definitely a plus. The biggest plus is the location, very very easy to get to/from both of the airports. And very very close to the heart of Ginza. Great dining options around the area as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Really great hotel for this price point in upscale Ginza. Yes the rooms are small but that’s pretty standard for Japan. The hotel is spotlessly clean with full daily room service and clean. The location is amazing, very close to central Ginza shops and eateries and several train stations that link you all over Tokyo. Would 100% return and stay here again.

Front desk staff were very friendly and got us checked in very quickly. We knew the room was going to be small, but it is extremely small. On 2 of the days the room was not completly cleaned, just new towels, not that big of a deal. Lobby coffee was good. The location for our visit was excellent.
