The hotel room was okay — clean and comfortable enough, but nothing special. There were no complimentary water bottles provided for guests, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not a buffet, just a basic café downstairs with a limited set menu. The TV didn’t offer many channels or entertainment options either. On the positive side, the hotel did allow us to check in early, which we appreciated. However, based on the amenities, I wouldn’t consider this a true 4-star hotel. The best part is the location — it’s very convenient and within walking distance of shops and train stations

Room was exceptionally clean. Only issue was the bath tub which we found a bit high to step over. Also gets very slippery when wet. Maybe a non slip mat or something would be great. Location was perfect for us with train station within walking distance. Restaurants with mins of walk.

Ginza Gem

It was our third stay at Quintessa Hotel. Friendly staff, small, however very clean rooms all around. Convenient location, central however not too crowded and still relatively quiet and it has everything you need (easy transport, food, etc).

Great staff. Clean hotel despite google reviews. 2 min walk to train stations. Walkable distance to everything else. Breakfast had a variety but food was whatever wouldn’t pay 40$ for it but it was included in our stay. Also you can not use the spa with tattoos even if they’re covered which is fair but kinda sucked. Room was 3x larger than the APAs we stayed at. Not bad at all.

Great location. Quiet hotel.

Great location for the price. Quiet too! Near several metro lines. We have been to Tokyo many times and have had several good experiences staying in Ginza, but this was one of my favorites.
View from our room of a quiet side street. The windows open, so if the room feels small, opening the windows for fresh air helps!

Unfortunately, I cannot say anything about the pool. Breakfast was reasonably good but it would be better if it starts at 6:30 rather than 7:00 AM. We travelled with touristic purposes. If you have to be for a trip at 7:30 AM, that means that you miss breakfast
