Friendly staff. There was no breakfast which was a bit disappointing. Room is clean, a bit smaller than i had imagined. The water from the tap is murky and undrinkable. The shower faucet had a small leak which is somewhat frustrating but not a deal breaker

The staffs are all very courtesy and helpful, especially Kato who is very nice and professional. The room is spotless clean and quiet.The location of the hotel is perfect, near the Metro station and lots of restraurants near by. For sure i will recommend this hotel to my friends and i will stay again if i visit Tokyo in future.
