We had a person in our group who could not walk long distances and the hotel offered a wheel chair that we used throughout the stay. Very much appreciated and allowed her to see more of Tokyo. This is probably her last trip to Japan and it made her stay more memorable.

We stayed in a room with two twin beds and it was perfect for our weekend stay. A short walk to shopping area in Ginza. The only downside was the room was quite warm and temp was not changeable…we didn’t complain to front desk but I don’t think the A/C was turned on for building yet since it was end of Feb/early March. In hindsight we should have asked about it but the rest of the stay was fine. As many toiletries as you need. Did not use other services the hotel had to offer. There is a nice cafe downstairs and many convenience stores and train stations nearby. Plenty of good coffee shops as well.

Close proximity to multiple subways, shopping and dining. Only 10-15 mins walk to the bus to/from Narita Airport. Smaller rooms probably not recommend for larger families. Reasonably priced.

Cozy with great location!

Very clean and cozy hotel. Beds were quite comfortable compared. Located in a great spot in Ginza where it’s very close walking distance to shopping centers and the train station. Highly recommend.

Once we found it from the street and made it to the lobby on the second floor, everything was smooth sailing. The room was a tad small traveling internationally with luggage, as there was no closet, or storage, so the bags had to be in the walkway even while against the wall. Despite that the beds were comfortable, and having use of the small fridge helped a great deal.

Clean and comfortable

This hotel is well-located and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The street is quiet so there is no noise from outside at night. The desk staff was friendly. Amenities are provided in the lobby area. For business travel the rooms are small and there is no desk for working. Some of the fixtures showed signs of wear. However, this is my second time staying here and I would stay again.
