The property overall was fairly good, needed some cosmetic work, molding coming off on the furniture in the bedroom. Other than that, the room was very nice. However, we stayed there because of the pool and hot tub and both were in inadequate shape. My adult children and their children tried to swim, but it was somewhat slimy and you could clearly see mold on both the hot tub and the pool. I did talk to the person behind the desk and they said they were having a part come in to fix the situation. Hopefully that is accurate. I’m a positive note. The breakfast was wonderful and overall had a good stay.

So filthy I couldn’t stay there! Then, I call Expedia requesting a refund,since I could barely stand to be there for an hour, and after waiting 37 minutes on hold, I had to attempt to communicate with someone who could barely speak English! Did not get a refund, either! That place should be condemned, and Expedia will NEVER get my business again!

Beds were good, floors were not clean, poor lighting in the bathroom. The rooms are definitely in need of an upgrade. We would not stay there again.

Looks like hotel is under a new management. We have stayed in this hotel for the last 10 years for my kids tournament. This time: no hot water, only one towel for a 2 bedroom suite. Breakfast was horrible, very low selection, cream cheese was frozen, no fresh fruit, only one waffle maker. There was no enough stuff, same guy from reception was working the cafeteria
