Capri has been our fav hotel of choice for staycation in JB. The staffs are always welcoming and polite. The hotel lobby always smells great! Love the room size, for 1 room bed, the layout is good. Plus point will be the laundry room, consist of dryer and washer, at Level 1 which greatly benefits us.

It gives a fantastic 5 star luxury feel with staff rushing towards you to offer help giving you water even before we could checked in. Deepa and Sureen are two gems at the front desk. We enjoyed a lot talking to both of them and got upgraded and early check in. Service is excellent. Cleanliness is impeccable though it's about 5 years old. Best of best JB hotel I have ever stayed. Even checking out, we already book our next stay in December. Shows how much we love the place.

Fabulous stay at Capri by Fraser JB. The rooms were huge and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. I had a really good nights sleep. Made good use of the kitchen cabinet to eat in my room. What really stood out for me was the very friendly and professional staff from check in and check out by the team at the reception, to housekeeping taking care of my room and amenity requests and keeping the rooms in tip top condition. Another fantastic return stay and I would definitely be back to stay again. Awesome work team! 5* stay
