Compare Ski Hotels in Kalkaska

The location is steps from the Old Mission Peninsula and 3 minute drive to downtown Traverse City Downtown. The view of the bay and both land masses - East and West - Old Mission and Leelanau was wonderful and I image awesome in the fall. The complimentary breakfast was not fancy - but it had waffles, eggs, toasts, yogurts, cereal, coffees and juices. It was a good start to our days there. The beds were comfortable, the room had a refridge. Soaps and towels sufficient for the stay. Housekeeping is offered but not assumed.

Hotel was very clean, ac worked well. Beds were a little hard for our liking. Breakfast was ok with, muffins, toast, bagels, make your own waffles, juice & coffee.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and really enjoy it. The price, views and staff are all excellent. I usually travel to TC during the fall or spring, not sure if that makes a difference but I will continue to book at this hotel for future travel up north!

The hotel itself is nice, but our pillows were rather flat and the bathroom was small. Also, there was way too much chlorine in the hot tub.

I didn’t use the hot tub! I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast! For what the room or I should say rooms! I didn’t get a suite! They gave me 2 rooms!

For a budget stay, the bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was incredibly responsive. Wifi was fast, which was a bonus!
