Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations after seeing how outdated everything outside and in the main was was. But our room was clean, daytime staff was exceptional. We would stay here again. Only complaint was, toilet ran all night.

Check in went well, room was clean, bed very soft and comfy, shower worked great, the pool was clean and perfect temperature as well as the hot tub, breakfast good big screen TV in room nice and quiet. We had a good nights sleep.

I always pick this hotel while staying in Traverse City. The staff are very friendly and outgoing. Easy parking (two handicap spots). Bathrooms have soap and shampoo available for guests. The only negative that ai have is the toilet is low to the ground and makes it challenging for those with medical needs. Room was very clean and bedding was clean.

Can’t recommend it even for one night. The property was very dated and run-down overall. Room was filled with too much furniture for its small size, so it felt very claustrophobic for two people. The bathroom was equally cramped, with an oddly shaped shower to accommodate the tight space. There was a smart TV but it wasn’t connected to the Internet, so streaming was unavailable. The staff were nice, but the amenities were a terrible value for the price.

Bathroom floor was dirty. Toilet was poorly repaired, constantly ran after flushing. Microwave door broken, lightbulbs burned out. Bathroom hand soap empty. No chairs in pool area. Hotel across the parking lot looked like drug addicts. Told by mgr we should of reported sooner. Yet was refunding 50.00 on account
