The room was clean, comfortable, & we had a fabulous view of the beach & water. Took advantage of the balcony, enjoying the fresh air & quietness of the area. The staff was very accommodating, professional, & friendly. Your (boxed) breakfast is delivered to your door at the time you specify. Really nice because you can stay in your pj's & not deal with the public. There are several selections to choose from for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was very nice during my stay. I did notice some sand present on the floor of my room which I had to keep in mind when getting into bed. The only recommendation is the sliding screen door sticks and could be tricky to close. Otherwise the property was great, the staff was wonderful and I had a great stay.

The view was charming, but the rooms were a little dated. We also noticed that there was a lingering stale odor throughout the hotel. The distance from attractions and shoreline was very accessible. Overall we had a very pleasant two night stay.

Such a nice property! Staff was very kind and attentive! Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Water view was gorgeous and we loved having coffee on the balcony each morning, we were thankful for the keurig machine in our room! It was nice having a little boxed breakfast delivered each morning. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday!

Affordable, comfortable and nicely located

Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Quaint layout with seating options. Not a continental breakfast, but a variety of choices that they bring to your room. Nicely located just outside the city bustle and although we didn’t have a beach view, it is right off the water with a lot of seating options. Cold and rainy on our stay, so we did not get to appreciate this perk.
