the location was amazing, right next to the water. the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the best part was the sitting on the balcony facing the water enjoying the sunrise/sunset. overall I would come back to this hotel.

Loved the property, clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Loved how the staff checked in each day to see if I had any needs. Walking into the east building was nice and warm, like a hug. However, our room was very warm and despite turning the heat down from the preexisting setting of 68 to 60 by the next evening, the room was still very warm which made sleeping uncomfortable. Otherwise, we loved the place and would stay here again.

We loved our stay at The Baywatch Resort in Traverse City, Michigan. We stayed a weekend in late April just before the busy season. The rooms are clean, and new, the shower is probably the best I've used at a hotel and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is also great - can't beat ON THE BEACH. Only opportunity is regarding the light breakfast that is delivered to guest's each day. Two out of three mornings, our breakfast was either delivered to the incorrect room, or another room's breakfast was delivered to our room. Thanks for the great stay Baywatch Resort!

Everything was just as pictured in the listing. Mikayla at the front desk was a joy to talk to and extremely helpful. I liked the breakfast bag at the room door in the morning, at least in concept. An orange AND orange juice seemed a little lacking in imagination but ... I know it was not listed as an accessible room, but not having anything at all to hang onto in the shower is a real problem. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and I slept great!

Baywatch is my go-to spot in Traverse City! The lake front view is absolutely gorgeous, their beds are the most comfortable, rooms are clean and spacious and the thermostat works quickly to increase or reduce room temperature to your preferred setting. The hotel’s beach entrance features beach chairs and a foot cleaning area which is nice and it is very well kept! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing time in Traverse City!
